Eye of the Tiger

 I came back to home with Burning Mind and Muscular Hands. I didn't have great day in an office. Private People are getting unsatisfied by satisfying customers since Customer is God. Today's Private sector is turned out as 80:20 Ratio of (Politics: Work) in small Industries. Little Urge with a Boss had lightened fire inside me. Patience and Sweetness in language will surely help you in such situations. Yet at young age it is difficult to handle such situations since we are not aware of it. Sudden Aggression can make situations Worst. I switched on TV to watch Rocky Series. I always watch movie twice a day on my desktop. Movies take away my Anger, Regression. I loved Sylvester Stallone as an Actor.  Rocky and Rambo Series is one of best series of movies of Sylvester. After switching On TV I began to have a punch on punching bag in my Room. This helps to light off fire inside you and surely helps you to calm down. I was watching Rocky 4. Larger than Life Elements of Movie, Underdog who keeps Fighting with Dragoon, Motivational words given by Tony Burton To Sylvester During Fights to keep Rocky’s Moral High caught my Attention. I watched Movie from start to end. Rise of Rocky as Winner even after losing initial rounds in boxing match Kicked my Butt. We (Youngsters) are facing situations when our talent is not recognized by C.E.O, Plant Head, Senior Persons due to Insecurity and Politics. We even get frustrated many times at Office Premises. Even at many hard times we think to have some punches to senior guys. Surely this is not the answer. Many times Talented People are kept aside in Private Sector and People who pretend to work are promoted ahead. We are not taught in school a topic how to deal with a people. Many times our Confidence and moral is not awarded by seniors. During such situations don’t get tensed and frustrated. We are guys gifted with Equal Talents and Equal Opportunities.  As said by Rocky,'' If you know what your worth then go out and get that worth'' when a guy has a talent it will definitely come to face of world. Private Sector is a Boxing Match you will get different kinds of Hard Punches on Daily Basis. Don’t get blown away by such punches. Your Senior Person is just a man he is not Machine. People who are insure pretend to pressurize there juniors. Do not forget “When you're scared, when you're hanging on, when life is hurting you, then you're going to see what you're really made of.".

This is life where you will be meeting people who will pressurize you, screw you, throw you, frustrate you, and dominate you. You will fail; loose job but your ability to get HIT by these things and keep moving forward will surely make you at the end WINNER.
