DIGITIZATION OF CURRENCY

Recent initiative of Demonetization taken by the Prime Minister was one of the prominent and ambitious steps which has triggered spurt in digital payments, paving the way for India towards cashless Economy. Currency exchange has been now in incremental innovation stage in digital sector. This act has proved as a catalyst towards Digital Payment System. Digitization is a Faceless, Paperless and Cashless activity and it is the simplest method to carry out. There are various modes of instant transactions with digital means such as:
1. Mobile Wallet
2. IMPS
3. UPI
4. Debit/Credit Cards
5. Micro-ATM
6. USSD
The transactions processed with digital modes have multiple advantages than cash payment ecosystem viz -
1. Time saving activity since money transfer takes place within virtual accounts in a few minutes.
2. A convenient mode of payment which is available 24/7, with the help of a Laptop/ Computer/Smartphone and internet access.
3. It helps to find out all details of transactions done via virtual accounts in the easiest and fastest way.
4. It reduces paperwork which is one of effective ways to control deforestation.
5. It is a trusted way of recording all transactions and to control black money.
6. Creation of Digital Infrastructure and Electronic Manufacturing.
7. Boost to small and big enterprises and Real Estate.
8. Encouragement to E-Governance.
9. A Digital Identification that will verify the end user.
Cash economy requires a lot of paper work, documentation, dependability on people, non- traceability of transactions; digitization provides the easiest
way to carry out transactions faster. Thus, this is an integral step towards creating Transparency and Eradication of Corruption. Yet there are some questions that arise in a critical mind.
1. Reliability of proposed Digital Payment system?
2. Lack of anonymity?
3. Precautions against risk of hacking of Digital Pay?
4. Availability of Internet access in rural areas?
5. Security of Digital Transaction?
Looking over advantages of electronic payment system lets hope that best results will be achieved from it which will act as an catalyst to change Indian Economy.

To follow your all dreams, ambitions,aim takes lot of courage and perseverance attitude and support from family which is neither difficult nor easy. This is plot which is spoken in new book'' This is not your story'' by C.A turned writer Savi Sharma. In this book she explores fact what it takes to dream fearlessly and follow your path. Author brings 3 characters Shaurya, Miraya, Anubhav. All this characters have different perspectives and ambitions. Shaurya is CA student who wants to be writer. Shaurya lacks courage to follow his owned dream of writer. Miraya is talented interior designer but she has been  in worst experience in  her love life which has made her scared. Anubhav is young entrepreneur who has dream to start new business start-up with his parents blessings but he faces tragic incidents in his life which brings Anubhav, Shaurya, Miraya together. All characters  are well sketched specially character of protagonist Shaurya. Shaurya has been layered with emotions and feelings which connects with readers quickly.Can Shaurya follow his dream? Can Miraya get back her love life? What is story of Anubhav? Will Anubhav take Second chance? Entire narration of story is aspiring and honest. Writing style is too good and simple.Writer explores fact every person has right to listen to his heart to follow  dreams and passion fearlessly,life always gives second chance to correct your past story to create new one. The pace of book is fast and grips readers throughout story. Don't miss it to keep your dreams fearlessly alive.

Kong Skull Island-Review

I had been always big fan of Fantasy/Science fiction films and this film doesn't let you down. During 1973 there is expedition of mysterious island discovered by satellite in South Pacific accompanied by tracker, photojournalist,soldiers. Just moment after entry of military choppers accompanied with soldiers and trackers, soldiers began to drop bombs on island  to map its terrain. This act lits fire in 100 foot tall beast giant who is not pleased with this intrusion on island. Bursted in terrifying anger ape begins to crash military choppers. This act traps some of soldiers,trackers,photojournalist in mysterious island which is well equipped with all natural resources and biological features.Some seek revenge from mighty ape for killing military soldiers and crashing choppers but later there is twist when soldiers realize Kong is not there enemy.CGI and Visual effects will bind you on edge of seat scaring you with dark eyes and anger of Kong.Some part of movie looks old fashioned when Kong throws choppers on ground which looks like odd entertaining.Theme where humans attack mother nature and nature reverts back slightly looks it has been repetitive theme. There are talented actors Tom Hiddleston and Oscar winner Brie Larson but all of them are underutilised in front of 100ft kong who sweeps all actors. At end Kong is warrior and survivor who fights with 2 giant lizards and military choppers to save his island. Film is mounted in superior way where you will have clear glimpse of island and jungles and you will fall in love with Kong.

मी कायम फिक्शन सिनेमा चे फर्स्ट डे फर्स्ट शो पाहत आलो आणि हा सिनेमा आपल्या अपेक्षा पूर्ण करतो . १९७३ च्या आसपास अमेरिकेच्या एका उपग्रहाला एका गूढ व रहस्यमयी बेटाचा शोध लागतो . सर्व नैसर्गिक व औषधी गोष्टींमध्ये समृद्ध असलेल्या ह्या बेटावर नेमके काय आहे हे जाणून घेण्यासाठी तिथे ट्रॅकर ,छायाचित्रकार   व काही सैनिक हे समूहातून सैन्याच्या चॉपर मधून बेटाकडे कूच करतात . बेटावर आल्यावर काही सैनिक हे बेटाच्या जमिनीवर असलेले खजिने शोधण्यासाठी बॉम्ब हल्ले चालू करतात. हा बॉम्ब वर्षाव चालू झाल्यावर त्या बेटावर असलेला १०० फूट उंच मानवी देहाचं माकड(काँग ) सैनिकांवर व चॉपर वर हल्ला चढवते . ह्या अनपेक्षित हल्याने सैनिक व छायाचित्रकार हे ह्या बेटावर अडकून पडतात. ह्यापैकी काही सैनिकांना काँग  हा आपला शत्रू वाटत असतो पण नंतर कथेमध्ये असा काही धक्के मिळतो की त्यांना उमजते  हा त्यांचा शत्रू नाही  . सिनेमाचे व्हिएफक्स हे आपल्याला मनसोक्त घाबरवून सोडतात . सिनेमाची प्रमुख कथा जिथे मनुष्य हा निसर्गावर हल्ला करतो व नंतर निसर्ग त्याची परतफेड करतो हि काही अंशी पुन्हा पुन्हा व अतिरेकी वापरल्याचे जाणवते . काही प्रसंगात जिथे काँग हा चॉपर जमिनीवर आदळताना असलेले दृश्य आपल्याला पाहून हसू आवरत नाही . सिनेमा मध्ये खूप प्रतिभावान अभिनेते (टॉम हिद्दलेस्टोन )व  ऑस्कर विनर (ब्रि लार्सन ) आहेत पण हे २ अभिनेते १०० फूट धिप्पाड काँग समोर चक्क फिके पडतात . अखेर सिनेमाचे प्रमुख आकर्षण  राहतो फक्त काँग .  सिनेमा ची सिनेमॅटोग्राफी हि उत्कृष्ट आहे जी  आपल्याला बेट व जंगल प्रवास घडवून आणते व आपल्याला काँग च्या प्रेमात पडायला लावते .

सरकार-३ ट्रेलर समीक्षण

Finally RGV Brand is back. मी सरकार सिने मालिकेतील पहिला सिनेमा २००६ ला थेटर मध्ये पहिला होता . बिग बी ह्यांची गाजलेली संवादफेक ,प्रत्येक कलाकाराकडून कमीतकमी संवादांमध्ये देहबोलीतून अभिनय करून घेण्याची RGV ची हातोटी , प्रत्येक सिन मध्ये कथेनुसार वाजणारे पाश्वसंगीत , Camera Closeup चे तंत्र जिथे कॅमेरा विविध अंशात फिरवून कथा व पत्रानुसार सिनेमॅटोग्राफी वर हातोटी असलेले RGV,बिग बी ह्यांनी गाठलेल्या अभिनयाचा सर्वोच्य टप्पा त्यामुळे सरकार -१ हा सिनेमा माझा अत्यंत आवडीचा ठरला होता व RGV(Ramgopal Varma) च्या लेखन कौशल्य ,फिल्म मेकिंग पद्धतीवर मी फिदा होतो. जुनिअर बी चा अभिनय पाहून सर्व प्रेक्षकांना व समीक्षकांना आश्चर्याचा धक्का बसला होता . नंतर २००८ साली आलेला सरकरराज हा सिनेमा देखील कथा ,स्क्रिप्ट ,अभिनय ,सिनेमॅटोग्राफी च्या बाबतीत उजवा होता . तब्बल ८ वर्षांनी १ मार्च २०१७ ला सरकार ३ चा ट्रेलर प्रदर्शित झाला आहे .बिग बी , जॅकी श्रॉफ ,रोहिणी हट्टंगडी ,यामी गौतम ,मनोज वाजपेयी ,अमित सिद्ध ,भरत दाभोलकर अशी तगडी स्टारकास्ट च्या अभिनयाचा जलवा पाहायला मिळणार आहे. ३ मिनिटे असलेला ट्रेलर मध्ये बिग बी पुन्हा एकदा सरकार च्या वाघाच्या अवतारात परतले आहेत . सध्या आपला प्रॉडक्ट मार्केटिंग करण्याचे विविध मार्ग आहेत . त्यातला एक  ट्रेलर जे पाहून प्रेक्षक ठरवू शकतात की सिनेमा पाहावा की नको .ट्रेलर पाहून सिनेमा विषयी उत्सुकता निर्माण करण्यात RGV ने बाजी मारली आहे . गोरीघारी यामी गौतम ,जॅकी श्रॉफ ,आईआजी रोहिणी हट्टंगडी ह्यांना कधीही न पाहिलेल्या प्रमुख व्हिलन च्या भूमिकेत ,'जो उसुलोंके रासते पर चलते है उनके दोस्त कम होते है और दुश्मन ज्यादा , दर्द कि कींमत चुकानी पडती है, मुझे जो सही लगता है वो मे करता हू चाहे वो समाज की खिलाफ हो ,कानून ऑर पुरी सिस्टिम की खिलाफ हो '

असे कितीतरी खुमासदार डायलाॅग्स घेऊन परत एकदा नवीन  रूपात "सरकार ३"

पाहताना नक्कीच अभिनयाची जुगलबंदी पहायला मिळणार आहे .

सिने परीक्षण गाझी अटॅक-

दमदार कथानक ,तगडी स्टारकास्ट ,१९७१ युद्धा आधी घडलेल्या समुद्र युद्धात पण जगासमोर न आलेली कथा ह्यावर आधारित  सिनेमा आपली उत्सुकता व अपेक्षा परिपूर्ण करतो . INS विक्रांत व भारतातील एका दक्षिण शहरावर समद्रमार्गे हल्ला करण्याचा गनिमी कावा पाकिस्तान रचतो . बे ऑफ बंगाल मधून निघालेल्या गाझी ह्या पाकिस्तान ची पाणबुडी ची दिशा व मार्ग  शोधण्याची जबाबदारी S २१ ह्या भारतीय पाणबुडीतील अधिकारी रणविजय सिंग (के के मेनन ) व अर्जुन वर्मा (राणा डग्गुबती ) वर येते . कॅप्टन रणविजय सिंग हा युद्धातील गनिमी काव्याचा जनक व अनुभवी व आक्रमक  नौसैनिक,वरिष्ठांचा निर्णयाकडे प्रसंगी दुर्लक्ष करून तडकाफडकी निर्णय घेणारा असल्याने व  सदरची मोहीम हि शोध मोहीम असल्याने त्याला युद्धात परिवर्तित न करण्याची जबाबदारी राणा वर येते.  मध्यंतरी भारतीय पाणबुडीवर अचानक Time-Mine ने हल्ला झाल्यावर ती समुद्रतळापाशी जाते पण ह्या कठीण अवस्थेमध्ये पाणबुडीचे सर्व बॅटरी बंद पडत असताना  न डगमगता सर्व जवानांचे मनोधैर्य वाढवून S -२१ पाणबुडी परत समुद्राच्या मध्यावर आणून गाझी पाणबुडीवर हल्ला करण्याचे धैर्य अर्जुन वर्मा (राणा ) सर्व जवानांना देतो . ह्या सिनेमा मध्ये K. K मेनन ने एक अत्यंत आक्रमक ,हुशार व भावनाशुन्य अधिकारी ,युद्धातील गनिमी कावा मध्ये तरबेज असलेल्या एका नौसैनिकाची भूमिका प्रचंड ताकदीने साकारलेली आहे. बाहुबली चा राणा डग्गुबती ने  ह्या सिनेमा मध्ये एका कसलेल्या सैनिकाची भूमिका साकारलेली आहे . वफक्स चा वापर ह्यात प्रभावशाली  केला आहे . कुठलाही मोठा स्टार नसताना केवळ कथा  व कन्टेन्ट दमदार असेल तरीही सिनेमा यशस्वी होतो हे ह्या सिनेमा ने दाखवून दिले आहे .  भारतीय जवानांची शूरता व हिम्मत व १९७१ ला समुद्रात भारतीय सेनेने घडवलेल्या पराक्रमाचा साक्षीदार होण्यासाठी हा सिनेमा नक्की पाहावा .

Book review-Everyone has a story

Travelling is  one of the wonderful way to discover yourself with rest of the world.Being an Engineer,Writer I never miss chance to discover myself during travelling to different places.During travelling to Bangalore for IMTEX my journey was more rediscoverable with new book Everyone has a Story written by Savita Sharma.Though it was a new book with new writer but it's content,story kept me mum to finish book in single reading with pindrop silence with cellphones off  and story kept involved me in it throughout  book.It has simpler story of 4 unknown characters Meera,Vivan,Nisha,Kabir. Meera is young charming beauty who has dream to be successful writer.She is struggling to get her dream story which can touch  her soul  as well as readers.Her school friend Kabir keeps motivating her for writing.Kabir is man who works in coffee shop who serves customers with gentle smile and polite words but he never reveals his Inner World.Vivan is friend of Kabir who keeps regularly visiting coffee shops. In search of story  Meera meets Vivan in coffee shop.Vivan is branch manager of City Bank who dreams to leave Job and travel the World.Kabir has crush on Nisha.How Meera finds her story?What is inner world of Kabir?Who is Nisha?Can Vivan listen to his dream of world tour and explore new things?What is story when this 4 guys meet together?Story has all answers to all this questions.Sweet and simple language will make you fall in love with this characters and yourself.This book is for people who want to explore themselves,who dare to listen to there dreams.Each and every person is writer and everyone has story some people write it on paper,some people melt it in there heart.Dont miss it to know what will be your story👍👍👍👍👍

IMTEX-2017

IMTEX -२०१७  चा कार्यक्रम जाहीर झाला व माझी बंगलोर ला IMTEX-२०१७ ला जायची उत्सुकता वाढली . तब्बल ८  दिवस पूर्ण IMTEX (इंडियन मशीन टूल एक्सिबिशन) असल्याने व नवीन मशीनरी ,नवनिर्मिती पाहायला मिळणार असल्यामुळे मी खूप उत्सुक होतो . कॅडकॅम व ऑटोमेशन व नवीन तंत्रज्ञान ह्या सर्व गोष्टींची इत्यंभूत माहिती घ्यायला  मी बंगलोर ला निघालो . दक्षिण भारताची गार्डन व प्लॅटिनम सिटी मध्ये प्रवास करणे हा एक खूप सुखद अनुभव होता .बरोबर पहाटे ६ वाजता मी  बंगलोर ला पोचलो . एव्हाना थंडी नाहीशी झाली होती . हॉटेल वर जाऊन फ्रेश होऊन मी थेट तुमकूर रोड ला असलेलं इंडियन मशीन टूल एक्सिबिशन ला निघालो . मी ब्रिगेड रोड ला उतरलो असल्याने तुमकूर ला पोहोचायला बराच वेळ जाणार होता .ओला च्या टॅक्सी मधून एक्सिबिशन ला निघालो . एक्सिबिशन ला जाताना सर्वप्रथम बंगलोर शहर पहायचा योग आला . प्रशस्त व खड्डा नसलेले रस्ते मी पहिल्यांदा पाहत होतो . झपाट्याने जाणारी मोनो रेल पाहत मी अखेर ईमटेक्स ला पोचलो . एमटेक्स हे आंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रदर्शन असल्याने त्याची भव्यता मला जाणवली . व्हिसिटर चा बिल्ला घालून मी प्रदर्शन पाहायला पुढे निघालो . ४८००० SQUARE फूट एवढ्या जागेत व्यापलेल्या प्रदर्शनाची म्हणजे काय असते हे मी सर्वप्रथम पाहत होतो ,चारी बाजूला शिस्तीमध्ये येणारे उद्योजक व अनिवासी भारतीय ,प्रदर्शनामध्ये आलेल्या पाहुण्यांची  -प्रवेशद्वार पासून प्रदर्शन हॉल पर्येंत मदतीला असणारे  आधुनिक इलेक्ट्रिक पॅसेंजर गाडी ,नवनिर्मिती व मेक इन इंडिया  चे लावलेल्या जाहिराती ,दिमतीला असलेले मदतनीस ,पोटपूजा करण्यासाठी दिमतीला असलेले फूड कोर्ट आणि कडक स्वच्छता हे सर्व वातावरण पाहून मी भारावून गेलो . ४८००० SQUARE फूट एवढ्या जागेमध्ये तब्बल ६ हॉल मध्ये सर्व प्रदर्शन भरले होते . हॉल १ च्या बाहेर प्रदर्शनामध्ये भाग घेतले असलेल्या कंपन्यांची नावं होती. मशीन मॅनुफॅक्चर ,टुलिंग मधल्या अग्रेसर कंपन्या ,Hydraulics व P neumatics च्या कंपन्या ,ऑटोमेशन मधील कंपन्या ,कॅडकॅम मधील उगवत्या कंपन्या आणि अभियांत्रिकी व्यवसाय मधल्या अग्रेसर कंपन्या एवढ्या मिळून ७५०कंपनी ह्या प्रदर्शनामध्ये होत्या . मी प्रदर्शन पाहायला सुरवात केली व आंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रदर्शन म्हणजे काय असते ह्याचा अनुभव घेत होतो . माझ्यासारख्या वयाच्या मुलांना अश्यावेळी काय पाहू आणि काय नाही हे पटकन उमजत नाही . सर्व स्टॉल पाहणे हे शक्य नसल्याने मी काही नेमके स्टॉल पाहिले

FIE PRIVATE LTD -स्पेशल पर्पज मशीन,CNC मशीन  बनवणारी फाय च्या स्टॉल वर स्वयंचलित रॉकवेल  हार्डनेस टेस्टर ,कॉम्प्रेसर टेस्टर ,आणि स्प्रिंग टेस्टिंग मशीन पाहायला व त्याचा कामात कसा उपयोग होईल हि नाविन्यपूर्ण माहिती मिळाली.  

POLYWORKS इंडिया -  कॅनडा मधील कॅम आणि ३डी स्कॅन मधील अग्रेसर असलेली ह्या कंपनी च्या स्टॉल वर ३डी स्कॅनिंग व ३डी  चा वापर करून आपली Quality सुधारणा कशी करावी ह्याबाबत पूर्ण नवीन माहिती मिळाली . कॅडकॅम आणि ३डी स्कॅनिंग हे दोन क्षेत्र माझं आवडीचे असल्याने मी खूप उत्सुक होतो . 3D स्कैनिंग  इंस्पेक्शन ही संकल्पना कशी असते ह्याची ह्या स्टॉल  वॉर माहिती मिळाली.
MASTERCAM व CAMWORKS-  1983 ला अमेरिका मध्ये सुरु झालेली MASTERCAM  व Dassult ची CAMWORKS हे सॉफ्टवेअर नव्याने पाहायला मिळाले . २D -३D ड्रॉईंग व दृफ्टिंग,असेम्ब्ली ,सिम्युलेशन चा वापर करून मशिनिंग करताना सायकल TIME कसा कमी करता येईल हि नवीन माहिती इथे मिळाली .
JYOTI CNC-  भारतातली CNC MACHINE तयार करण्यात  सर्वात अग्रेसर असलेली ज्योती च्या स्टॉल वॉर CNC MACHINE  च्या असंख्य ५ ऍक्सिस पर्येंत असलेल्या TURNING CENTER  मशीन विक्रीला होत्या .
MARSHAL MACHINE TOOLS- AUTOMATION  चा वापर करून मानवविरहित मशीनिंग लाईन कशी असते ह्याचा एक डेमो पाहायला मिळाला ज्यामध्ये कुका नावाचा रोबो ३ CNC मशीन हाताळत होता व मशीनिंग करून झाल्यावर ऑनलाईन जॉब ची तपासणी करून थेट पॅकिंग मध्ये जॉब पोहोचवत  होता ह्या डेमो मध्ये मशीन लाईन मानवविरहित कशी चालू शकते हे उदाहरण होते

इथे मला आणखीन एक मशीन पाहायला मिळाले . ह्या मशीन मध्ये कौशल्याची गरज न भासता फक्त जॉब मध्ये ठेवल्यावर त्याचे सर्व READING कॉम्पुटर मध्ये डिस्प्ले होतात . OOASIS असे नाव असलेल्या मशीन ची किंमत हि CMM पेक्षा १० टक्के कमी आहे.
SOLIDCAM व ऑटोडेस्क -DESIGN व कॅडकॅम हे माझं आवडीचे काम असल्याने मी कॅडकॅम ची ताजी व सध्या चालू असलेल्या सॉफ्टवेअर ची कायम माहिती घेतो . सॉफ्टवेअर चा वापर करून CNC व VMC  प्रोग्रामिंग कसे करावे ह्याची उत्तम माहिती मिळाली .
SCHUNK व FESTO-  इथे पिक अँड प्लेस ह्या वापरासाठी रोबो चा डेमो होता ज्याचा उपयोग INSPECTION,JOB LOADING,PACKING,वस्तू एका जागेवरून दुसऱ्या जागेवर ठेवणे ह्यासाठी उपयोग होईल .

Mechanical engg व manufacturing क्षेत्राला लागणारे सर्व मार्गदर्शन तिथे समोर ७ दिवस होते . मेक इन इंडिया च्या अंतर्गत नवीन संशोधन व माहिती तिथे पाहायला मिळाली . ७५० स्टॉल व ७ दिवस प्रदर्शन व प्रत्येक स्टॉल ची माहिती हि घेणे शक्यच नव्हते . अश्या ठिकाणी जाण्याचा फायदा खूप मिळाला . मार्केट मध्ये कुठल्या कंपन्या आहेत ,कुठले टुलिंग सध्या चालू आहे ,नवीन कॅडकॅम सॉफ्टवेअर कुठले आहेत ,MULTIGAUGING च्या काय कल्पना आहेत ,VMC CNC MACHINES HARDNESS TESTER कुठले आहेत ,त्याच्या किमती ,त्याचे माहितीपत्रक ,नवीन जॉब तपासणी पद्धत ,रोबोट ,ऑटोमेशन व अभियांत्रिकी चे असंख्य प्रकार व सर्वात महत्वाचे म्हणजे अश्या आंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रदर्शनात सर्व उद्योजक येत असल्याने त्यांना जवळून पाहायला मिळाले ,त्यांचे प्रेसेंटेशन ,त्यांचे बोलणे अश्या असंख्य गोष्टी अनुभवास मिळाल्या . नक्कीच अश्या प्रदर्शनात भेट देऊन आपला व्यावरहीक attitude वाढीस मदत मिळते म्हणून इमटेक्स सारखे प्रदर्शन कधीच चुकवू नये तिथे अवश्य जावे. २ वर्षातून एकदा .
